Discovering Nature's Bliss
This workshop provides a much-needed solution to the lack of nature-based mental health programming in inner cities. The workshop includes a lecture on the benefits of spending time in nature and how it can help with day-to-day stressors, a walk/hike in nature to help participants connect with the natural world, and a mindfulness meditation session to help promote relaxation and peace of mind.
