Free Trauma Informed Mindful Flow

A mindful meditation practice involving movement, breathwork and meditation is good for:

-Emotion Regulation

-Self maintenance

-Stress management

-Healing of primary and secondary trauma

A mindfulness practice is powerful because you can use it at anytime and anywhere.

This class was designed to help participants recover from trauma using mindful movement and meditation techniques. Those who participate will be asked to invite at least 3 other people who could benefit from this free offering.
