These sessions will focus on the healing effects of the "Breath of Fire." The breath of fire is one of the fundamental breathing techniques used in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. I have used this technique for several years in my practice of Kundalini and is by far my favorite breathing exercise. Practicing the breath of fire 5 to 15 minutes every day, is one of the most effective ways to keep the blood purified.
Other Benefits of Breath of Fire;
-31 minutes of breath of fire every day will regulate the pituitary gland, which in turn will strengthen the nervous system.
