The immune system helps to protect the body from disease.
The immune system cannot withstand emotional and physical stress. When stressed the body produces adrenaline so we can react quickly and effectively. Constant production of adrenaline lowers immunity by reducing the number of cells protecting immunity.
Breathwork strengthens all bodily systems making to possible to reduce the symptoms of a weakened immune system which include: stress, fatigue, chronic infections, recurrent illness, depression and dependency on stimulants.
This class was designed to help participants learn how to consciously control energy levels and strengthen the immune system.Those who participate will be asked to invite at least 3 other people who could benefit from this free offering.
